Will you post my video anywhere?
Never. Your video is made only for you. It's not posted on our channels, not used as an example, and not shared with anyone. After delivery our copy is permanently deleted after 30 days.
Who owns the video?
You do. On delivery we transfer all rights in the finished video to you. Post it, gift it, use it in your own content, or keep it to yourself.
What if you're late?
If your video isn't delivered within 24 hours of payment, you're refunded in full automatically. No need to ask.
What kind of ideas work best?
Big "what if" scenarios about space, physics, nature and disasters work best: asteroids, black holes, giant waves, planets swapping places, gravity switching off. You can place it in your own city or street.
Can I put a real person in it?
We don't depict real, identifiable people (including you) or harm to them. You can dedicate the video to someone in a caption, like "for Sam's 30th".
What if you can't make my idea?
If an idea breaks our content rules or isn't something we can do well, we cancel it and refund you in full, usually within a few hours.
Can I ask for changes?
Each order is one finished video. If something is clearly wrong (a misspelled name, the wrong city), reply to your delivery email and we'll fix it for free.
